The representative of the Central Emulation and Reward Committee read the decision and the General Director of VTV was authorized to present it.
According to journalist Vu Thanh Huong, at the ceremony to receive the retirement decision and the First Class Labor Medal, journalist Ta Bich Loan shared her emotional thoughts.
MC Nguoi Doi Thoi expressed that people will always remember the last days but also always remember the first day and so does she. The first unforgettable impression of journalist Ta Bich Loan was the day she arrived at VTV (59 Giang Vo, Ba Dinh, Hanoi). It was the summer of 1988 and she was an intern.
"I was very surprised and excited to see the gate of VTV opened and closed by a bamboo pole with a brick hanging from it," said journalist Ta Bich Loan.
Journalist Ta Bich Loan shared that at that time, VTV was starting the renovation process with the whole country. At that time, she interned at the News Department, Domestic News Department and the program called Today's Issues , hosted by journalist Truong Phuoc.
"At that time, I had a dream of working in television, of being present at important events of the country that journalists cannot miss, and of sharing worries, bringing joy, enthusiasm and excitement to the Vietnamese people.
After a long journey of working with comrades in many positions, I have faced challenges, achieved joys when working with everyone on the program and what remains in me now, today, is gratitude," said journalist Ta Bich Loan.
She believes that her First Class Labor Medal is the result of the efforts of the entire Vietnam Television Station, her comrades at the station, her colleagues in the Entertainment Program Production Department and other units within the station.

"Looking back on the past, what I cherish most is the spirit of solidarity and humanity within VTV. This is the strength that helps me and my colleagues overcome difficulties and complete our tasks," journalist Ta Bich Loan confided.
Talking about her thoughts on the television profession, journalist Ta Bich Loan said that television work is "a job that draws us in very much". This job is constantly changing, so it is extremely interesting, never boring.
Television people have in common a passion for creativity, constantly striving to find new ideas, bringing emotional stories and connecting generations of Vietnamese people through a portal - the portal to the hearts of Vietnamese people.
"Television technology has changed rapidly over the past 30 years, but I think what has not changed is the spirit of dedication and constant creativity of those working in television.
Every generation will have to find solutions to solve the problem and find a way to touch the hearts of Vietnamese people, open the door in the hearts of Vietnamese people," said journalist Ta Bich Loan.
