The priority model in handling administrative procedures at the Cam Xuyen District Public Administration Center will prioritize the following subjects: war invalids, sick soldiers, people with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women. Accordingly, these subjects will be guided and prioritized in the order of submitting documents, and prioritized when receiving and processing documents to receive results before the deadline.
With this model, vulnerable people in Cam Xuyen district do not have to queue or wait for their turn when coming to do transactions. This is a cultural beauty that demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, mutual support, mutual love, sharing and helping each other.
War invalids, sick soldiers, people with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women will be given priority to get a queue number when handling administrative procedures at the Cam Xuyen District Public Administration Center.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Chairman of Cam Xuyen District People's Committee Ha Van Binh requested Cam Xuyen District Public Administration Center to continue promoting administrative procedure reform; taking people and businesses as the center of administrative reform associated with building e-government and digital government; improving the quality of cadres and civil servants; strengthening propaganda to raise people's awareness in implementing online public administrative procedures; implementing well the regulations on public service culture; investing in equipment and technical infrastructure to improve service quality, bringing satisfaction to citizens when coming to transact administrative procedures.
