(NLDO)- A 45-year-old woman drove her car in the wrong direction on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway at 120 km/h.
On January 30 (the 2nd day of Tet), the Traffic Police Department (Traffic Police, Ministry of Public Security) announced that Team 2 of the Traffic Police Department had just drawn up a record to handle driver PTT (born in 1980, from Quang Ninh), for driving a car in the wrong direction on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway.

Previously, at around 3:18 p.m. the same day, the Traffic Police received a report about a car with license plate 14C-366.xx going in the wrong direction on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway (section Km104). This car was going in the wrong direction in the lane with a speed of 120 km/h.
After receiving the information, the traffic police investigated and invited the car owner to the police station for questioning. The identity of this person is Ms. PTT.

At the police station, the woman explained that because she did not know the way, she drove the wrong way on the highway.
The female driver later wrote a report, admitting that her actions were wrong and dangerous. Ms. T. also pledged not to repeat the offense.
For the above violation, the female driver will be fined 30-40 million VND and have 10 points deducted from her driver's license.
