On June 23, Cu Kuin District Police (Dak Lak) said that the unit is preparing a case to handle a drunk man who refused to take an alcohol test and caused trouble with traffic police for more than an hour.

Initial information, at around 9:00 p.m. on June 20, a traffic patrol and control team of Cu Kuin District Police was on duty on a road in Ea Tieu Commune when they discovered a car with license plate number 47C-264.19 driven by a man acting suspiciously, so they signaled the car to stop for an alcohol test.

After stopping the vehicle, the driver, Mr. N. (35 years old, residing in Ea Tieu commune, Cu Kuin district) did not present relevant documents and did not comply with alcohol concentration measurement.

It is worth mentioning that Mr. N. also took off his shirt and had inappropriate gestures, actions and words towards the working group.

After more than an hour of causing trouble with the traffic police, when the leader of Cu Kuin District Police arrived, Mr. N. agreed to have his alcohol concentration tested and presented relevant documents. The result of Mr. N.'s breath alcohol concentration was 0.112 mg/l.

Immediately afterwards, the working group drew up a record of administrative violations and invited Mr. N. to the headquarters to work in accordance with regulations.

Arrested for violating alcohol concentration, 'drunk' demanded to abandon the car, lied to his wife that it was lost . On the evening of May 24, the Traffic Police Patrol Team (under the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police) set up a checkpoint to check and handle traffic participants violating alcohol concentration at the intersection of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - Pasteur (District 3, Ho Chi Minh City).
