This afternoon (August 21), the Department of Culture and Information of Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province reported the results of the meeting between the nude photoshoot participants and the authorities.

Accordingly, on the afternoon of the same day, Mr. NTT (born in 1977, from Vinh Long, residing in Ho Chi Minh City) came to work with the authorities to clarify the content related to the information about taking nude photos on the street that caused a stir.

According to Mr. T, on March 15, he and 4 other people (one of whom was a foreigner and had returned home) hired a female model to go to Binh Duong to take artistic photos of nature, the rental price was 1.5 million VND/2 hours of shooting.

The group traveled by car on My Phuoc - Tan Van road to Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province. After taking photos in the rubber garden, Mr. T's group got in the car to go home. However, at this time, Mr. T. saw the empty road with beautiful trees, so he asked the model to stand at the edge of the rubber garden, close to the star apple trees on the sidewalk of My Phuoc - Tan Van road to take some more photos.

According to Mr. T., the photo shoot was for commemorative purposes. The photo series was later posted on his personal Facebook page named RQ (with privacy settings edited) on July 30; however, Mr. T. affirmed that he did not post or distribute the photos as social networks spread.

After the meeting, the Department of Culture and Information of Bau Bang district said it will coordinate with Bau Bang district police and the Inspectorate of Binh Duong Department of Information and Communications to continue verifying and handling the case.
