However, tragedy struck when after 1 year of marriage, John had a stroke and had to be hospitalized for a long time.
"One night after dinner, I fell asleep and... Luckily the dog made a noise that woke me up, but it turned out I couldn't get up anymore. I had to call an ambulance. It was really scary," Ngoc Anh recalled.
At that time, Ngoc Anh refused all shows to be with her husband. Thanks to his wife's thoughtful and loving care, John was able to recover to normal. Now, she cherishes every moment with her husband and always hopes that he will be healthy so that he can stay with her longer.

Returning to Vietnam, her husband accompanied her in all activities.
