Duc Phu Residential Joint Stock Company is headquartered at 7/1 Thanh Thai, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City with business activities of real estate investment and trading; animal feed supply business and investment in developing agricultural projects, especially in the field of pig farming, animal feed production, with experience in successfully implementing projects in Gia Lai, Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong and Dak Nong.

It is known that after working with business representatives, on September 23, 2024, Nong Son District People's Committee issued a document agreeing to allow Duc Phu An Cu Joint Stock Company to survey and research the location to establish an investment project to build a pig breeding farm and raise pigs for meat in Que Lam commune.

Duc Phu An Cu Joint Stock Company would like to research and invest in projects of pig breeding farms, pig farms and animal feed factories, and at the same time build fruit plantations for export on the basis of utilizing organic fertilizers according to the circular economic model on a total land area of ​​350 hectares in Que Lam commune.

In which, the project of breeding pig farm, scale of 16,200 sows and raising pigs for meat, scale of 120,000 pigs (expected to arrange an area of ​​about 100 hectares in the planning area of ​​350 hectares with 1 core breeding pig area, 3 breeding sow areas (each area has a scale of 5,000 pigs) and 3 pig areas (each area has a scale of 40,000 pigs).

Project of animal feed factory with a scale of 120,000 tons of products/year and project of fruit tree plantation for export (for the remaining planning area, on the basis of utilizing the amount of waste from pig farms to invest in an organic fertilizer factory to serve banana cultivation for export and a nursery for other fruit trees suitable for local soil and climate conditions with a scale of 5 million seedlings/year).

According to Duc Phu Residential Joint Stock Company, the project is expected to create about 380 direct jobs and hundreds of indirect jobs for local people through ancillary services such as transportation, food supply, fertilizer production and livestock-related activities.

At the same time, with an expected total annual revenue of about 3,340 billion VND, the project not only brings profits to the enterprise but also makes an important contribution to the budget of Nong Son district, supporting local socio-economic development activities.

The business side is committed to seriously implementing environmental protection measures and actively contributing to economic development, creating sustainable livelihoods for local people.

Recently, during a working trip to Nong Son district, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet inspected the area planned for investment in a pig production and breeding project in Que Lam commune.
After listening to Duc Phu Housing Joint Stock Company’s preliminary report on the project, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet welcomed the initiative of the enterprise and Nong Son district in researching the investment. In order for the project to be implemented soon, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested the Nong Son district People’s Committee to actively and proactively coordinate with the enterprise to soon complete related procedures.
