Kinhtedothi - The Government Office has just issued Document 9613/VPCP-QHDP dated December 27, 2024 conveying the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc on a number of recommendations and proposals of Ninh Thuan province.
Specifically, regarding some recommendations and proposals of Ninh Thuan province in Notice No. 113-TB/VPTW dated December 13, 2024 of the Central Office on the results of the visit and work of General Secretary To Lam, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc commented as follows:
The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province and the Ministries of Finance, Industry and Trade, Public Security, Science and Technology, Transport and relevant agencies to study and submit to competent authorities to promulgate specific policy groups to support Ninh Thuan province, such as: Financial - budget mechanism, increasing the outstanding loan balance of the provincial budget so that the province has more room to access ODA loans and preferential loans from foreign donors to focus on investing in essential infrastructure; attracting investment to develop sustainable renewable energy to create conditions to promote the formation of Centers on: clean energy, renewable energy, industry, clean energy services, green industry - NetZero, innovation and application of clean energy science and technology in Ninh Thuan, national and regional databases in the world...; social security to support people in the project area; training quality human resources to serve key economic sectors...
At the same time, research and propose to competent authorities to support the highest level of central budget according to current law to invest in key, dynamic, inter-regional connection infrastructure, including: Inter-regional traffic infrastructure project connecting Ca Na General Seaport to the provinces of the Southern Central Highlands; dynamic route connecting the North-South Expressway - Thanh Son Airport to the Ninh Chu National Tourist Area; coastal route connecting Cam Ranh airport with Ninh Thuan province;
The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province and relevant agencies to study and propose to competent authorities to resolve the mechanism for handling difficulties in solar and wind power projects, including solar and wind power projects in Ninh Thuan province, to remove difficulties for investors and avoid wasting social resources, in accordance with Resolution No. 233/NQ-CP dated December 10, 2024 of the Government.
Determine the roadmap for building nuclear power plants; synchronously adjust the National Master Plan, Power Plan VIII, national sectoral plans on nuclear power development; perfect the legal system on nuclear power.
The Ministry of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to advise the Government to issue a Decree on policies for the number of cadres, civil servants, and leaders when arranging and organizing the apparatus to implement national unification.
The People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province presides over and coordinates with the Ministry of Planning and Investment to study the adjustment of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. Proactively conduct surveys, collect opinions, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of people in the project area; strengthen propaganda, information, mobilization, and create consensus among the people when the project is implemented.
