Accordingly, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has received Plan No. 4778/KH-UBND dated September 26, 2023 of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on implementing the Socio-Economic Development Cooperation Agreement between Ho Chi Minh City and a number of localities in the North and North Central regions in 2023 and the period 2024 - 2025.
To implement Plan 4778/KH-UBND dated September 26, 2023 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has issued a document assigning the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion, relevant departments, branches, and agencies to study and review the content of the Plan to implement the Socio-Economic Development Cooperation Agreement between Ho Chi Minh City and a number of localities in the North and North Central regions in 2023 and the period 2024 - 2025 in the above Document and the content of the Socio-Economic Development Cooperation Agreement between Ho Chi Minh City and Nghe An province to organize timely and effective implementation and advise the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with regulations.
At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee also assigned relevant departments, branches, sectors and agencies according to their functions and tasks to proactively and promptly coordinate with the Department of Planning and Investment in the implementation process.
