Nghe An: Resolutely implement and synchronously deploy solutions to complete the tasks of Project 06 in 2024

According to this plan, in 2024, Nghe An will continue to direct the drastic implementation, synchronously deploy solutions, complete the tasks of "Project on developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, vision to 2030" (referred to as Project 06/CP) in 2024, promptly deploy the application of the National Database on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve the digital transformation with the theme "Improving institutions, infrastructure, digitizing data, improving the quality of human resources to promote the implementation of Project 06/CP to effectively serve people and businesses".

Mobilize the participation of the entire political system, especially, enhance the role, role model and responsibility of heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors, People's Committees at all levels; promote the role of the Working Group implementing Project 06/CP at all levels in directing, monitoring, urging, inspecting and guiding to ensure the implementation of Project 06/CP tasks in a practical manner, bringing about specific results.

Ensure human resources meet the requirements in implementing the tasks of Project 06/CP. Strictly handle responsibilities for groups and individuals who have a hesitant attitude, push back, and lack of determination in directing and implementing Project 06/CP.

Arrange funding sources to ensure the implementation of the tasks of Project 06/CP. Use the province's available technological infrastructure conditions and continue to invest and upgrade to meet the project's task requirements, ensuring security, safety and information confidentiality.

Timely remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process at units and localities, as well as recommend and propose to the Central Government solutions to handle and remove "bottlenecks" in implementing the tasks of Project 06/CP in the province.

Assign provincial departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations, district and commune People's Committees to continue to direct and seriously and drastically implement the tasks according to Plan 78/KH-UBND dated January 28, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee to implement Project 06/CP in Nghe An province, Plan No. 762/KH-TCT dated October 10, 2023 of the Provincial Project 06/CP Working Group and documents directing and guiding the implementation. In particular, focus on directing the implementation of key tasks of Project 06/CP in 2024.
