Attending the festival were representatives of a number of provincial departments and branches, leaders of Lao Cai city; training cooperation units; more than 500 students from secondary and high schools in Lao Cai city and Than Uyen district (Lai Chau province).

Within the framework of the festival, many orientation activities and practical experiences took place for students, parents and workers, including: Career counseling and orientation; study abroad and labor export consulting; labor market information, preferential policies and support from the State and Lao Cai province on vocational training and employment...

On this occasion, implementing the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, period 2023 - 2025 in the field of education and training, Lao Cai City Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center signed a cooperation agreement in the field of education and training with Than Uyen District Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center, Lai Chau Province. Thereby, improving the quality of training, meeting the demand for high-quality, skilled human resources in the coming time.

In addition, Lao Cai City Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center also organized a ceremony to honor outstanding students; awarded scholarships to students; presented gifts to students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies; and gave rice to 12th grade students who are studying for their graduation exams at the boarding school.



The job fair - career guidance and student orientation is a bridge to help students, workers have the opportunity to directly contact with reputable companies, businesses, and training units in and outside the province; increase awareness for students and parents about career orientation when graduating from junior high school and high school, and at the same time create opportunities for junior high school and high school students to access training facilities so that they can have a clearer picture of the training fields associated with job creation, thereby having the right orientation in choosing a major and career to study in the future.
