The “Red Sunday” program is organized as an opportunity to call on volunteers, young union members and the community to actively respond and participate in voluntary blood donation, turning blood donation into a conscious and regular action.
The program attracted a large number of volunteers including officials, civil servants, public employees, union members, youth, students, and workers from Ha Tinh City, Thach Ha, Can Loc, Cam Xuyen, Loc Ha, the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises, Ha Tinh University... to participate in donating blood.

Volunteer Cao Duc Tram (Yen Ho commune, Duc Tho district) has donated blood nearly 40 times.
At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee collected 668 units of blood, contributing to overcoming the blood shortage in medical treatment and saving lives.
