The primary responsibility of public relations professionals is to establish and maintain a positive public image and network for the company or organization they represent. You will build relationships with the community, develop PR strategies, and write and sometimes send out press releases or speeches.

Therefore, extroverts are often more successful in this industry due to their strong communication skills, quick flexibility, and good creativity to form important relationships.
