Agribank Cau Giay Branch has just announced the simultaneous auction of 5 land use rights and assets attached to land at the Doi Thuy San villa area, Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.
These properties are all permanent urban residential land, located in the BT-A4 block, Thuy San villa area, commercial name Ha Long Flower Resort, invested by 577 Investment Joint Stock Company (NBB).
Villa 1 in block 33, area 275m2, starting price 2,887 billion VND.
Villa 2, block number 37, area 240m2, starting price 2,520 billion VND.
Apartment 3, block 38, area 272m2, starting price 2.856 billion VND.
Apartment number 4, block number 39, area 304m2, starting price 3,192 billion VND.
Apartment number 5, block number 40, area 424m2, starting price 4.876 billion VND.
However, Agribank did not disclose the identity of the customer mortgaging the above assets.
It is known that the project started in 2016 and is now only in the completion stage. The project has a total land area of 321,800m2, a total investment of 500 billion VND, including 108 resort villas.
Recently, many banks have been selling real estate to settle debts.
VietinBank Nam Thang Long has just announced the auction of property rights arising from the apartment sale and purchase contract between Vietnam Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company and Truong Minh Company Limited. The property is a duplex apartment M3-SK04 Vinhomes Metropolis, located on the 44th and 45th floors of the M3 Vinhomes Metropolis building, located at 29 Lieu Giai, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
In October 2023, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Debt Management and Asset Exploitation Company Limited (Agribank AMC LTD) announced the simultaneous auction of 11 houses in Hoi An ancient town.
Among them, there are assets with an area of up to 340m2. The starting price of these assets is the lowest at 8.5 billion VND and the highest at 71.179 billion VND. The total value of the 11 collateral assets mentioned above (calculated according to the starting price) is up to more than 252 billion VND.
