Enterprises with mortgaged assets include: Dong Duong Company (2 properties), Dai Bao Nga Company Limited (3 properties), Thien Nhat Viet Trading and Service Company Limited (4 properties), Trong Nhan NL Company Limited (1 property), and individual Ms. Pham Que Anh (1 property).

Among the above mentioned legal entities and individuals, Thien Nhat Viet Trading and Service Company Limited, Trong Nhan NL Company Limited, and Dai Bao Nga Company Limited are all legally represented by Mr. Nguyen Lam Huy.

Mr. Nguyen Lam Huy was born in 1979. His company Thien Nhat Viet is known as the investor of a resort project in Hoi An City.

Also at this project, in 2020, Mr. Huy was accused by a director of the Agribank Transaction Office in Ho Chi Minh City of fraud and appropriation of 40.5 billion VND.

Previously, in 2015, Tan Dong An Company Limited, with Mr. Nguyen Lam Huy as Director, was ordered by the People's Court of Hoi An City to pay BIDV Quang Nam Branch VND96 billion (of which the principal debt was VND67 billion). The asset securing the execution of the judgment was the River Beach Resort Hotel at No. 5 Cua Dai (Hoi An City), owned by Tan Dong An.
