(VTC News) - The film set of the movie "I see yellow flowers on green grass" in Bai Xep area (Tuy An district, Phu Yen) has temporarily stopped receiving guests since September 30 to implement a tourist area project.

Sao Viet Tourism Trade Construction Joint Stock Company has announced the temporary suspension of business activities to welcome and serve visitors at Bai Xep (film set of the movie 'I see yellow flowers on green grass') from September 30, 2024 until further notice, in order to implement the Bai Xep beach tourism project.

The company representative said that the project has completed the approval of the 1/500 planning, procedures for geological survey and hydrological survey. Currently, the construction design appraisal dossier is being completed to submit to the Ministry of Construction for approval. "We are closed to proceed with construction. When it is completed, ensuring aesthetics and safety for visitors, there will be an announcement to reopen" - the company representative said.

When hearing the news that Xep beach was closing, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan (residing in Dong Hoa town) said that this was the place where she and her husband met 10 years ago. Taking advantage of the last day of opening, she came here to record beautiful images before construction.

Many young people came to check-in at Xep beach before closing day.

Many locals are very happy that this tourist area is preparing to "put on a new coat" and hope that Phu Yen will attract more tourists.

According to the planning project of Bai Xep beach resort approved by Tuy An District People's Committee, the project has a total area of 42.78 hectares. Of which: 24.58 hectares have been granted land use right certificates by Phu Yen Department of Natural Resources and Environment; 18.2 hectares of sea surface.

The project has 4 main subdivisions including the yellow flower on green grass area, the Ganh Ong tourist villa area (north of the project), the Bai Xep resort area (central area of the project), and the Ganh Ba resort area (south of the project).

Bai Xep beach resort will be a high-class beach resort combined with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, aiming to exploit the maximum potential of the area to attract tourists; planning and building economic development combined with security and national defense.
