Mr. Thang said that the persimmon trees are all 30 - 40 years old, selling for 50 - 100 million VND/tree depending on size; the rental price is 2/3 of the selling price.

“The old Hai Hau rose variety is usually more expensive than other rose varieties of the same type, due to limited supply and more careful and elaborate care techniques to produce fruit. In the past few days, many customers have visited and asked about the price,” Mr. Thang shared.

Three persimmon trees were placed by Mr. Thang in his garden on Highway 46 (Nghi An Commune, Vinh City). Among them, there is an ancient persimmon tree over 4m high, with hundreds of fruits that he sold for 100 million VND.
