Using ice water is also a choice of many people to reduce the feeling of thirst, heat and improve mood. However, if using water that is too cold below 5 degrees Celsius, a large amount can increase the risk of sore throat, toothache, infection from unclean ice, affecting the digestive system.
Therefore, you should use cool water, temperature from 10-15 degrees Celsius instead of ice cold water, drink slowly, sip by sip to minimize harm.
