According to the program, this afternoon, director Hoang Yen (former Deputy Head of Cultural Management Department of Nghe An Department of Culture and Sports) will focus on discussing the situation of the national stage and Ha Tinh stage; solutions to improve the quality of composition, performing arts, and stage performance skills.
