Improve knowledge and skills in fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue for children

On June 7, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH), the Provincial Police Department coordinated with Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union to organize an extracurricular program to disseminate knowledge and train fire prevention and fighting and CNCH skills for more than 30 children participating in the 2024 summer training class.

Officers and soldiers propagate and guide some measures to ensure fire safety and search and rescue.

Participating in the extracurricular program were 24 children who are students in the 2024 Summer Skills Training Camp. Here, the children were informed and instructed by officers and soldiers on some measures to ensure fire safety and rescue; instructed on skills to handle fire and explosion situations and escape skills in case of fire or explosion incidents in households.

At the same time, students are also instructed, experienced, and practiced fire fighting, search and rescue; escape by ladder truck; guided movement, escape in fire and smoky environments; practiced using fire extinguishers, and first aid methods for victims...
