The Secretariat requested Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people's organizations to perform well their tasks to improve the effectiveness of people's foreign affairs, thereby contributing to building a comprehensive and modern diplomacy with three pillars: Party foreign affairs, State diplomacy and people's foreign affairs.
