Nam Giang leads the patriotic emulation movement

In 2023, mountainous localities completed and exceeded the targets assigned by the province, notably Nong Son district achieved and exceeded targets in all fields.

In recent times, mountainous districts have focused on converting many ineffective agricultural extension models to crops with high economic value. They regularly pay attention to and support production facilities, service and trade businesses; and create conditions for households to promote their products at fairs held in the province.

Localities have also done a good job in forest management, protection, and forest fire prevention and fighting; at the same time, they have promoted new forest planting, typically Nam Giang has planted 1,500 hectares, Phuoc Son 1,000 hectares, Tay Giang 511.25 hectares...

At the conference, the Emulation Cluster of 9 mountainous districts unanimously selected Nam Giang to lead the patriotic emulation movement in 2023. At the same time, Phuoc Son was elected as the Head of the Emulation Cluster of 9 mountainous districts in 2024.
