In 2023, under the direction of the Northern Power Corporation, the support of local authorities, customers and the efforts of all leaders, officers and employees, Ha Tinh Power Company successfully completed the task of providing electricity to serve economic, political development, people's lives and completed the assigned production and business targets.
The company currently manages and operates 12 110 kV transformer stations with a total capacity of 599 MVA, over 340 km of 110 kV lines; 3,558 km of medium voltage lines; over 7,588 km of low voltage lines and 3,953 distribution transformer stations with 473,008 customers. In 2023, the company's commercial electricity is estimated to be 1.442 billion kWh (an increase of 13.43% compared to 2022 and an increase of 5.78% compared to the plan assigned by the Corporation); estimated power loss is 6.75%/the plan assigned is 6.79% (a decrease of 0.26% compared to 2022 and a decrease of 0.04% compared to the plan assigned by the Corporation).

In order to provide stable electricity to the people as well as serve key projects, economic zones, and industrial parks of the province, in 2023, the company will focus on investing in construction, upgrading, renovating, and repairing the power grid throughout the area with many key projects.
In line with the 2023 theme of Vietnam Electricity Group “Practicing thrift, fighting waste”, Ha Tinh Electricity Company has been determined in directing and implementing tasks to improve the efficiency of production and business activities associated with implementing corporate culture, increasingly meeting the electricity needs of customers. The company's officers and employees focus on improving the quality of customer service.
During the year, the company received and processed 49,669 customer requests sent by the Customer Care Center via the CRM system with various types of recording and processing power outages, power supply requests, service quality feedback, electrical safety, electricity bill notifications, recommendations, etc.
In addition to doing well in production and business, in 2023, Ha Tinh Power Company actively participated in social security activities with an amount of nearly 500 million VND. In the customer appreciation month (December) alone, the company implemented a series of meaningful programs with a total cost of nearly 1 billion VND.
