In recent times, the implementation of policies and laws on ensuring traffic order and safety in Na Hang district has achieved some important results. Traffic safety work in the district is focused on; patrolling, checking and controlling work is regularly maintained by functional forces to implement measures to control traffic accidents on roads and inland waterways.
The district's specialized agencies and units do a good job of managing, maintaining and regularly repairing roads in the area, ensuring smooth traffic, serving the political tasks and socio-economic development of the district.
The rural road system is gradually being concreted, creating favorable conditions for people to travel. Traffic accidents do occur, but they are not particularly serious, and the number of traffic accidents decreases every year.
Delegates pointed out the shortcomings and challenges in ensuring traffic safety in the district: The district's road traffic has many winding and dangerous passes; some roads are in the process of being upgraded and repaired, some roads are flooded, eroded, and cut off during the rainy and stormy season. The waterway infrastructure in the district is not yet complete, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents.
Leaders of Na Hang District People's Committee presented proposals on ensuring traffic safety in the area.
