In 2024, the district will achieve and exceed 18/18 target groups such as: Total food output reaches over 19,300 tons, reaching 100% of the plan; production value of agriculture, forestry and fishery increases by over 4%/year; afforestation of 556 hectares of forest, reaching 105.0% of the plan; attracting over 450,000 tourists, reaching 128.6% of the plan, up 81.8% over the same period, social revenue from tourism reaches 540 billion VND; budget revenue in the area (domestic revenue) is over 55 billion VND, up 5.1% over the same period...
100% of communes and towns maintain universal education at all levels; the rate of mobilizing children of preschool age to attend kindergarten reaches 62.8%, an increase of 7.8% over the plan; the rate of schools meeting national standards is 19/28 schools. Medical examination and treatment is always focused on from the grassroots to the district, poverty reduction and social protection work are well implemented. National defense and security are maintained.
At the meeting, the district People's Council delegates also listened to and commented on the reports: Report on the results of implementing capital investment for basic construction, programs, projects, progress of construction works in 2024; tasks and solutions for managing capital investment for basic construction in 2025; Report on the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations before and after the 8th session of the 21st term of the district People's Council, term 2021-2026; listened to the announcement of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district participating in government building in 2024; key tasks in 2025.
