Support level for people directly assisting educated people in communes, wards and towns

The Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 20/2023/NQ-HDND dated December 7, 2023 on the regulation of support levels for people assigned to directly help people receivingeducation in communes, wards and towns in Dak Lak province.

Accordingly, the person assigned to directly help the educated person in the commune, ward or town in the province will receive a support level of 450,000 VND/month/person. One person assigned to educate and manage and help no more than 3 people at the same time.

In case the person assigned to directly assist the person being educated in the commune, ward or town does not work for a full month, the support level is calculated based on the actual number of working days multiplied (x) 450,000 VND divided by the number of working days in the month according to the provisions of law.

The cost of support payments for those assigned to directly help is guaranteed by the local budget according to current budget decentralization.

This Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2024. It applies to people assigned to directly assist people being educated in communes, wards and towns in the area as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree No. 120/2021/ND-CP dated December 24, 2021 of the Government .
