TPO - The People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi has just announced the recruitment of 19 Vice Principals of public schools from kindergarten to primary and secondary schools in the district in 2024.
The People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi announced a pilot plan to recruit leadership and management positions at affiliated agencies and units.
Accordingly, this district announced the need to recruit 19 Vice Principals for 17 schools from kindergarten to secondary school.
17 schools recruiting for the position of Vice Principal include: My Dinh 2 Secondary School; Phu Do Secondary School; Trung Van Secondary School; Dai Mo Secondary School; Nguyen Quy Duc Secondary School; Xuan Phuong Secondary School; Cau Dien Secondary School; Nguyen Du Secondary School; Phu Do Primary School; Me Tri Primary School; Nguyen Quy Duc Primary School; Xuan Phuong Primary School; Cau Dien Primary School; Phu Do Kindergarten; My Dinh 1 Kindergarten.

In addition to the standards and conditions for the exam that meet the regulations, to be selected for the position of Vice Principal, candidates will have to take a written exam and present a project to the council.
The written test content is about general knowledge of the industry, field of recruitment, responsibilities, tasks, and powers of the recruitment position.
In the project presentation, the candidate will evaluate the current situation, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the unit using the selected title and point out the causes, forecast the development trend as well as propose a development plan and solutions. The candidate will also have to answer additional questions from the Examination Council.
The recruitment of Vice Principals and Principals of schools has been carried out by a number of districts in Hanoi to select young, talented people who are dedicated to the cause of education and training while ensuring publicity and transparency.
In addition, the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem district also recruited 243 teachers and staff for schools.
Specifically, the district needs to recruit 28 preschool teachers and staff, 51 primary school teachers, and 136 secondary school teachers.
