A woman was seriously injured by a phone explosion.

Bac Thang Long General Hospital (Luc Ngan district, Bac Giang province) has just received a female patient who was seriously injured due to a phone exploding while in use.

The patient, Ms. TTC (37 years old, living in Quy Son commune, Luc Ngan district), was brought to the emergency room at around 8:00 p.m. on August 5 with a crushed right hand, multiple injuries to the face, neck, soft tissue of the chest, abdomen and several other parts of the body. The initial cause was determined to be that Ms. C. used her phone while it was charging and the device exploded.

Immediately after receiving the patient, the doctors initially treated the wound by bandaging it to stop bleeding, providing fluid resuscitation, pain relief, and anti-shock. Then, patient C. was transferred to Viet Duc Hospital.

Through the above accident, doctors recommend that people, especially young people, should not charge their phones while using them because it is potentially dangerous.
