According to a review by VietinBank Hai Duong branch, on February 3, the first working day after the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, this bank recorded deposits reaching the 300 billion VND mark. Among them, a Hai Duong business customer deposited 68 billion VND in short-term savings. The representative of this business said that the number 68 means "prosperity", so they deposited this amount of money to pray for a new year of development and prosperity.

Also on the first day of the new year, VietinBank disbursed 100 billion VND for short-term loans. Of which, 39 billion VND was disbursed to a business in the province. The number 39 is considered by many to be the “God of Wealth” number, also meaning luck.
