This decision is effective for one year.

This decision clearly states that Ms. Nhung was irresponsible, lacked inspection and supervision in management work, leading to errors and limitations such as: evaluation and classification of civil servants for the 2021-2022 school year did not comply with regulations; did not establish a Council to review the completion of the curriculum; financial disclosure and revenues from the rental of facilities did not comply with regulations; arbitrarily allowed the dismantling, renovation, and construction of new works without permission from competent authorities.

In addition, the Principal of Kim Dong Primary School did not ensure that the periodic inspection at the end of the 2021-2022 school year was carried out in accordance with regulations; did not specify the marking process between assigned examiners, leading to the impact on some tests of class 3/8; did not pay the 35% allowance to the teacher in charge of the Youth Union in accordance with regulations; did not implement the 3-period/week reduction for primary school homeroom teachers in the 2021-2022 school year; did not implement the 1-period/week reduction for the deputy head of the professional team in the 2021-2022 school year; did not ensure the work of archiving documents according to regulations.

It is known that the People's Committee of Binh Tan District issued the above disciplinary decision based on the reflections of teachers of Kim Dong Primary School such as: The principal implemented the document on evaluation and classification of cadres, civil servants and public employees that has expired; The school has an impact on changing the test results of grade 3 students; The principal of Kim Dong Primary School issued a list of examiners to mark the final periodic test of grade 3 for the 2021-2022 school year without ensuring the number of examiners at the same time, the time of issuing the list of examiners is not consistent with the time of performing the test marking work according to the regulations.
