Dien Phuong Ward Police launched patrols to control security and order situation

Triem Trung 2 is the central block of Dien Phuong ward, with 265 households. In 2018, Triem Trung 2 met the standards of a model new rural village, in 2023 Dien Phuong commune was recognized as a ward, Triem Trung 2 became a block with many high-rise buildings located harmoniously in a peaceful natural setting.

When the Ward Front launched and implemented the "3 Good" model, the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Front Working Committee of Triem Trung 2 block coordinated to propagate to each household.

“Regarding security and order, we have the advantage that the block veterans association regularly maintains the “1+3” model, which means that each veteran member’s family helps 3 adjacent households that do not have relatives who violate the law.

Then the ward police force together with the security and order protection force regularly patrol and control, so political security and social order and safety are ensured" - Ms. Dong said.

Nowadays, at funerals in Dien Phuong, most of the poor or royal families invite visitors to eat melon seeds, candy, and cigarettes. This is costly for the family, littering is unsanitary, and smoking in crowded places affects the health of those around them, so it is necessary to practice a civilized lifestyle in funerals.

Based on reality, on October 11, 2024, the Ward Front launched the model "No melon seeds, candy, cigarettes in funerals". At the launch, there were 10 opinions from 10 blocks agreeing to implement.

Mr. Duong Phu Man - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Phuong Ward said that if all funerals in the ward were organized solemnly, economically, and showed noble gestures, it would increase the solemnity and respect for the deceased and contribute to sharing responsibility for the community, towards building a civilized urban lifestyle.

"The Ward Front promotes democracy, self-management, and community responsibility among the people through organizing forums and discussions for people to contribute ideas and find specific and practical solutions to effectively implement the "3 Good" model in the locality," Mr. Man added.

Mr. Dang Huu Tu - Secretary of the Dien Phuong Ward Party Committee affirmed that the "3 Good" model in 10 blocks in the past time has proven its effectiveness in improving people's lives in the residential community, people enthusiastically participated with a high sense of responsibility, clearly improving the urban appearance in the locality.
