According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, heavy rains in the North are gradually decreasing, with only scattered rains remaining. From June 28-29, the heat wave will return and increase quite quickly.

Specifically, due to the influence of the southern edge of the low pressure trough with an axis at about 24-27 degrees North latitude connecting with the hot low pressure area in the West, which tends to develop and gradually expand to the Southeast, combined with the Southwest wind causing the foehn effect in the Central region:

On June 28, in the Northern Delta region, Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen, there will be localized heat with the highest temperature above 35 degrees.
