Meey Land and PVcomBank cooperate to develop digital financial services on Meey Finance

On January 9, 2024, Meey Land Group Joint Stock Company (Meey Land) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcomBank).

The cooperation between one of the pioneering banks in digital transformation in Vietnam, PVcomBank, and Meey Land - a typical innovative enterprise in the field of proptech (real estate technology) can be considered a new step forward in bringing digital financial solutions, providing reliable data sources for customers, thereby promoting sustainable development for the real estate market.

PVcombank and Meey Land's cooperation will contribute to improving the quality and speed of real estate appraisal.

Digital financial platform with many outstanding utilities

At the ceremony, the two sides shared common directions in deploying and developing multi-utility digital financial products to bring customers new, more complete experiences.

Meey Land hopes that with the cooperation of PVcomBank in providing financial solutions on digital platforms, the business will build and develop a large customer network, enhance brand value, increase real estate liquidity, and create breakthroughs in the global technology market.

The project roadmap agreed by both parties includes 3 phases, with the initial implementation period expected to be nearly 4 years, from 2023 to 2027. In the first phase, PVcomBank will connect banking services with the Meey Finance application - a new digital financial platform.

This platform is developed with full utilities on payment, financial services, banking, insurance... along with convenient experiences and maximum security mechanisms for users.

Meey Finance application is evaluated to have outstanding advantages in real estate appraisal, transfer, investment and lending activities.

In particular, Meey Finance is a central product that plays a role in connecting the entire Meey Land Real Estate Technology - Finance ecosystem, creating a huge resonance in terms of usage value, helping users feel secure in transactions, saving costs compared to traditional transaction forms, supporting increased revenue and profits from financial business, promoting cross-selling of other products more easily.
