MB Shinsei Finance Company Limited (Mcredit) has just received the award "Best Customer Experience in Vietnam Consumer Finance Industry 2024" presented by The Global Economics (TGE) magazine.

Four consecutive years receiving The Global Economics Awards

The Global Economics Awards is an annual award organized by the global business and financial analysis magazine The Global Economics to seek and honor businesses around the world with outstanding results in the fields of Banking, Finance, Real Estate, Insurance, Energy and Technology. This is the 4th consecutive year that Mcredit has received the TGE award, including 2 consecutive years being honored as "Best Consumer Finance Company in Vietnam".

To receive this award, Mcredit had to pass the strict review criteria of The Global Economics magazine such as positive feedback from customers, product and service quality, online interface, applied technology, innovation - breakthrough, growth results...

Stick to the “customer-centric” strategy

With the strategic goal of reaching Top 1 in terms of efficiency, Top 2 in terms of scale and serving 8 - 10 million customers in the period of 2022 - 2026, Mcredit has gradually shifted to providing services on digital channels, including cooperating with strategic partners to develop a variety of quick loan products, based on data analysis and customer personalization to bring business efficiency to Mcredit, while helping to improve customer experience.
