Mr. Nguyen and his wife in Heilongjiang (China) went on a 5-day vacation . When he returned home, Mr. Nguyen found the air conditioner still on. The couple blamed each other.
The man asked his wife: "Didn't you say you turned off the air conditioner when you left the house?". The wife confirmed that she had turned it off and did not expect this situation to happen, according to information from Sohu .
When the day came to receive the electricity bill, the couple was stunned. Normally they only had to pay 130 yuan (over 400 thousand VND), but that month, they had to pay 1000 yuan (about 3.5 million VND).

The two had a big argument over this. Mr. Nguyen put all the blame on his wife and thought she was too clumsy.
The wife was not satisfied. She thought and thought but still could not understand why. Suddenly she remembered the camera and tried to check it again. Finally she discovered that her father-in-law had been to their house. And the one who forgot to turn off the air conditioner was her father-in-law.
At this moment, Mr. Nguyen was shocked and speechless. So he had wrongly blamed his wife, while the one who caused everything was his biological father.
Many people sympathize with Mr. Nguyen's and his wife's situation and think that what has happened should not be harsh.
"I also went away for 2 days and forgot to turn off the air conditioner. When I returned, I was sick because the electricity bill skyrocketed," one person commented.
"It's over, but you should still apologize to your wife. You should talk to your father about this so he knows the situation and will be more careful next time," another person wrote.
Mr. Nguyen explained that his father was old and sometimes remembered and sometimes forgot. He couldn't be blamed for this, although he was quite sad! "This trip of mine was too expensive, what a pity," Mr. Nguyen expressed.
