On the same day, Ms. Phan Huong Giang - Head of the Executive Board of the Phan Trong Binh People's Armed Forces Hero Social Work Fund (referred to as the Fund) - sent a document requesting "approval" to stop organizing the program "Aspirational Sea Journey" on the evening of May 25; at the same time, stop organizing the reception on the evening of May 25.

The reason given in the Fund's official dispatch is that the sponsors cannot continue to accompany the Fund as agreed and the time is limited.
