Nursing salary chart.
Above is the salary table for nurses who are civil servants. In case the nurse is an employee working in a medical facility, the salary will be implemented according to the agreement with the hospital.
From July 1, 2024, a comprehensive salary reform will be implemented, including changes in nursing salaries.
According to the plan, from the above-mentioned time, the average salary of civil servants (including basic salary, allowances and bonuses) will increase by about 30%.
In addition, a notable point when implementing salary reform is that the salary of civil servants, especially education and health officials, will be higher than the average salary of other civil servants and public employees. This is the direction of salary policy reform associated with the implementation of the resolution on fundamental and comprehensive development of education, training and health.
Accordingly, the average salary of health workers in general and nurses in particular will increase by more than 32%. For example, the salary level 1 of intermediate level nurses currently has a starting salary coefficient of 1.86, which is nearly 3.5 million VND/month, and will increase to about 7.5 million VND/month. At the highest salary level, the figure of 12.2 million VND/month can increase to over 16 million VND/month.
