Accordingly, the two sides agreed to implement a cooperation agreement on knowledge sharing programs, practical skills in finance, investment, career guidance activities, internships and recruitment, scientific research, human resource training, and financial support for students.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Huy - Member of the Board of Directors clearly expressed his desire to cooperate with the school: “ LPBank and Danang University have had a long-term relationship. Since 2009, Lien Viet Post Bank has sponsored the construction of the dormitory of the Kon Tum branch of Danang University.

Therefore, LPBank wishes to continue to share the vision and aspiration of training high-quality human resources in the fields of economics - finance - banking .

At the program, LPBank's leadership representatives also committed to providing the best incentives for the school and students; supporting the school in the career of educational development, and at the same time hoping that the University of Economics will accompany LPBank in training and scientific research to meet the requirements of high-quality human resources in the current digital transformation era.

Responding to those expectations, Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh, Vice Principal of the University of Economics, said that the cooperation between the Bank and the University of Economics is an opportunity for students to experience and get closer to the connection between theory and practice, between academic knowledge and practical knowledge, between professional skills and vocational skills: " The material and spiritual support of LPBank is a great resource to help the school and students awaken their dreams, light up the future on the journey to knowledge and create the future ".

On the same day, the potential internship program called "Choose a career - Start a business with LPBank" between the two units was successfully organized. This is an opportunity for students to study and experience a professional working environment at one of the largest commercial banks in Vietnam, and is also the first step to realize the cooperation agreement signed between LPBank and the University of Economics.

Coming to the program "Choose a career - Start a career with LPBank", students will have the opportunity to become interns in the positions of Corporate Customer Specialist, Personal Customer Specialist, Transaction Officer... with an in-depth training and apprenticeship program within a minimum of 3 months, with salary and bonus support.

After completing the training course, interns also have the opportunity to receive an official job at LPBank with attractive remuneration policies and a clear and transparent career path.
