Message from the Director of the National Academy of Public Administration to 323 new graduates

Opening his speech, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien, Director of the National Academy of Public Administration, said that the 2024 graduation ceremony took place in a special context when the school implemented the Prime Minister's Decision, Hanoi University of Home Affairs was merged into the National Academy of Public Administration. The ceremony was a concrete result of the academy's performance of its tasks after the merger.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien, Director of the National Academy of Public Administration, awarded degrees to new graduates.

Sharing with 323 new graduates, Associate Professor - Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien said that a bachelor's degree is not only the success of each student but also the great pride of the family, clan, and hometown.

The Academy is known as one of the leading schools in training and fostering cadres, civil servants, and public employees, training high-quality human resources in state management, public policy, and public management, where many generations of successful students have been created and have made many contributions to society.

"On this special day, I hope the first person you thank and remember is your parents. Next is to express gratitude to the teachers for their teaching efforts during the past 4 years," Associate Professor - Dr. Chien confided.

Mr. Chien emphasized that although they have graduated, new graduates should maintain close relationships and affection between generations of students. In particular, he hopes that students will be more aware of their responsibility to pass on knowledge, and proactively support and help the next generation of students.

Academy Director's message to new graduates

New graduates receive their diplomas on the morning of August 16.

Le Thi Thuy Hang, a new graduate of Public Administration, said she was very moved to hear the messages from her great teacher.

"We are very proud to wear the academy's uniform. Not only do we learn knowledge, this common home also helps us love, share, and live more emotionally" - Hang said.

Throughout the entire course, full-time university students graduating in 2024 actively participated in scientific research at the branch and academy levels. Of these, 19 students won scientific research awards at the branch level and 3 students won scientific research awards at the academy level.

The National Academy of Public Administration branch in Ho Chi Minh City is currently training in 5 majors including state management, law, office administration, archival studies and economics .
