Making:
- Soak the vermicelli in cold water for 5 - 10 minutes, remove and cut into bite-sized pieces. When the vermicelli is not completely dry, add a spoonful of cooking oil and mix to prevent the vermicelli from sticking. Wash the cabbage and carrots, cut into strips. Soak the black fungus and cut into long, thin strips.
- Add cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry the wood ear mushrooms first, then add the cabbage and carrots. After about 5 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of seasoning powder, MSG, and soy sauce and stir-fry for about 5 more minutes. Finally, add the vermicelli and stir well to absorb the spices, season to taste.
