How to make apricot syrup:
Add salt to the apricots and rub gently to clean the apricot fur. Then, wash them and drain them. Next, put the apricots in 2/3 of the glass jar, add sugar, and close the lid. Leave in a cool place for about 15-20 days, until the apricots shrink and drain all the water.
Remove the fruit, filter the apricot juice through a cheesecloth to remove residue, put the juice in a jar for later use. Each time you use it, mix about 100ml of warm water with 30ml of apricot juice. Apricot syrup is both delicious and helps beautify the skin.
To prevent the apricots from getting moldy, add a little salt when soaking. If during the soaking process, sugar still remains at the bottom of the jar, you can stir it with a ladle to dissolve the sugar.
