On the morning of November 10, at the Dong Hung District Cultural Center, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a mass art festival for typical cultural villages and residential groups in 2023. At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates of merit to 8 teams and prizes for the best performances.
