The festival, assigned by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VH-TT-DL) to chair and coordinate with the Vietnam Musicians Association, the Vietnam Dance Artists Association, and the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of provinces and cities, will take place from September 28 to October 15 in Binh Duong province.
