'I can't be happy living with just one parent', 'I can't be happy doing only what my parents want'... are the children's thoughts before the first day of school.

On September 4, Green Tue Duc Primary and Secondary School (Hanoi) organized a special happiness experience activity for parents and students on the occasion of the opening ceremony called "happy train".
On the first day of organization, more than 500 parents in Hanoi experienced this special train trip.
Many parents cried with emotion when passing through the rest stops, listening, seeing and experiencing children's stories of happiness, or stories about happiness but with many conditions of adults.
Boarding this special train, passengers will pass through 5 stops: understanding station, kindness station, gratitude station, maturity station and finally happiness station.

Entering the first stop of "understanding", there are many questions for parents to ponder: "What is happiness?", "Are we happy when we become rich?", or questions from children: "I can't be happy when I only live with my father or mother", "I can't live happily when I only do what my parents want"...
At the kindness station, through arranged stories, parents and children can understand the essence of happiness from simple, familiar things.

Mr. Pham Tuan Dat - CEO of the Tue Duc Green School system - said the most important message of the "gratitude" stop sent to passengers on the train is: "Not only saying words of gratitude, thanks, but also taking action to continue spreading good things".
This year the school took the theme "School year of happiness", the happiness train started and will continue throughout the activities of the school year.
"The school's biggest goal is to create a happy environment. All materials must help children be happy: they must know how to be kind, develop inner strength, be grateful and cherish what they have, not be sad about what happened in the past and not worry too much about what will happen in the future," Mr. Dat emphasized.

Parent Nguyen Loan felt moved by many stories during the experience as if they were her own stories that had never been told or seen by others.
"Today's experiences are not new stories, existing in us every day. But because of daily bread and butter, because of external influences, we cannot express our warmth and gratitude towards our parents, family, society...
I am very happy that today the whole family has the opportunity to participate and experience these special emotions, thereby connecting, understanding and loving each other more," said Ms. Loan.
