Focus on in-depth development, towards a sustainable future

After 5 years of transformation, DHG Pharma has restructured comprehensively, focusing on in-depth development according to 3 main pillars: Product diversification, factory upgrading, human and technology standardization.

Product diversification: By December 31, 2023, DHG Pharma has developed more than 300 SKUs. Of which, more than 120 products are produced on 4 production lines of tablets, film-coated tablets, effervescent tablets, effervescent granules meeting Japan-GMP standards and 53 products are bioequivalent. Currently, DHG Pharma is continuing to invest in research and development of new products to meet the increasing demand of the market.

Factory upgrade: The factory system is modernized with pharmaceutical production lines meeting Japan-GMP and EU-GMP standards, ensuring international product quality. In Vietnam, DHG Pharma is one of the first units to be granted Japan-GMP certification.

Standardizing people and technology: Identifying people as the leading factor helping a business develop sustainably and increase competitiveness, DHG Pharma has focused on developing the team, standardizing the personnel structure, respecting human values, building a professional working environment, promoting the spirit of streamlining and promoting the capacity of each individual. Thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the team of nearly 500 sales staff, DHG Pharma's products have covered all pharmacies and hospitals nationwide with a total number of over 30,000 customers.
