The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also pointed out some difficulties of the province in ensuring and promoting human rights in the province in recent times and affirmed that raising awareness, mastering legal regulations, updating current events, and equipping basic skills in human rights work are very necessary.

In order for the training conference to be most effective, the delegates participating in the training need to uphold their sense of responsibility, fully absorb the content of the topics to effectively apply them to their actual work; frankly discuss unclear issues, limitations and shortcomings in practical activities to clarify issues that need attention. The reporters should increase the sharing of practical experiences in the process of advising and organizing the implementation of human rights protection work of ministries, branches, the Central Steering Committee and other units and localities.
