Provincial People's Committee leaders received and worked with the Chairman of EAGA Development Group

On February 27, Mr. Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting and worked with Dr. Nasir Latif Chairman, Chairman of EAGA Development Group (Brunei Darussalam) who came to visit and learn about information and investment opportunities in the province.

At the meeting, Dr. Nasir Latif Chairman wished to learn about information and investment opportunities in Ninh Thuan; discuss with the provincial authorities and enterprises about processing lamb meat according to Halal standards and survey the investment potential for renewable energy development. Thereby, he wished to cooperate in investing in creating Halal Vietnamese brand products for export to countries around the world and participate in investing in new green hydrogen energy projects in Ninh Thuan in the coming time; contributing to promoting the friendly and cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Brunei.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee welcomed and introduced the province's potentials and socio-economic development orientations; exchanged information on investment attraction and calling orientations, investment and trade promotion activities of the province; introduced the potential of OCOP products, and market development orientations for products. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that through the meeting, in the coming time, there would be connections between businesses of the two countries to closely coordinate, create favorable conditions, and open up opportunities to export specific agricultural products that the province has strengths in such as lamb, melon, grapes, and apples; create products and investment projects that bring specific and positive results in the coming time.

On the same day, Dr. Nasir Latif Chairman and the working delegation conducted a survey at Nhat Thanh Food Company Limited, Phuoc Dan town (Ninh Phuoc) and at Ca Na port (Thuan Nam).
