(QNO) - On May 30, leaders of Dai Loc district visited and congratulated Buddha's birthday at pagodas in the district.
The leaders of Dai Loc district wished all dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists a peaceful and joyful celebration of the Buddha's Birthday. At the same time, they expressed their appreciation for the contributions of the local Buddhist Sangha to the development of the district in recent times, especially in propagating to the people to properly implement the Party's policies, the State's laws and movements and campaigns.
The district leaders hope that religious dignitaries and followers will continue to implement policies and guidelines well; actively participate in charity and social security activities, care for the poor and people in difficult circumstances; coordinate with local authorities to successfully implement socio-economic development goals, maintain national security and defense, and build great national unity.
* On the occasion of Buddha's birthday 2567, on the afternoon of May 30, Mr. Le Quang Hat - Standing Deputy Secretary of Thang Binh District Party Committee led the district's working delegation to visit and congratulate at Binh Que Pagoda (Binh Que Commune) and An Thai Pagoda (Binh An Commune).
Mr. Le Quang Hat wished the dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhists a peaceful and happy Buddha's Birthday. He also hoped that the dignitaries would continue to encourage Buddhists to properly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; and actively respond to patriotic emulation movements and charitable and humanitarian activities.
On this occasion, the district leaders also visited and congratulated the Buddha's birthday at Giac Nguyen pagoda (Ha Lam town), Bao Chau (Binh Nguyen commune), Ngoc Son (Binh Phuc commune), Giac Hai (Binh Dao commune), and Hien Luong (Binh Giang commune).
* Duy Xuyen district has also organized delegations to visit and congratulate Buddhist establishments on the occasion of Buddha's birthday.
The district leaders sent congratulations to the Buddhist dignitaries and officials and acknowledged their contributions in propagating and mobilizing Buddhists to participate in environmental protection and social security... The district leaders hope that the dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists will continue to promote the fine traditions of Buddhism, contribute to social security activities and build great national unity.
* On the afternoon of May 30, a working delegation of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Ky City visited Buddhist establishments in the area.
The city leaders sent their best wishes to the dignitaries, monks and Buddhists to celebrate the Buddha's Birthday in peace, warmth and happiness. At the same time, they hoped that the dignitaries, monks and Buddhists would continue to accompany the Party committees and authorities at all levels in implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, and join hands to build Tam Ky into an increasingly prosperous and beautiful city.
* Leaders of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nong Son district, led by Mr. Quang Van Ngoc - Secretary of the District Party Committee, recently visited and congratulated Buddhist establishments on the occasion of Buddha's Birthday.
The leaders of Nong Son district wished the monks and nuns of pagodas and Buddhists a joyful and peaceful Buddha's birthday in the spirit of solidarity and harmony with the nation. At the same time, they acknowledged the contributions of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the district and the dignitaries, monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers to the development of the locality in recent times.
District leaders hope that dignitaries and monks will continue to promote their roles and coordinate with local authorities to successfully implement socio-economic development goals, maintain national security and defense, and build national solidarity.
