Attending the ceremony were leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and organizations; leaders of the Central Theoretical Council, the Central Propaganda Department, the National Political Publishing House Su That; scientists, research experts; representatives of functional units of the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Theoretical Council and the National Political Publishing House Su That.
The book " The whole country is united, seizing every opportunity, overcoming every difficulty and challenge, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong" was chaired by the Central Theoretical Council, in coordination with the National Political Publishing House Truth, compiled and published.
The book was completed and introduced to readers at a time when important foreign affairs activities of the Party and State were taking place, receiving much attention from domestic and international public opinion. At the same time, our Party had just successfully organized the 8th Central Conference of the 13th tenure, deciding many important issues of the country.
The book has a capacity of more than 500 pages; a selection of 40 typical articles and speeches by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong during the first half of the 13th National Party Congress term.
The content of the book shows the sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, and very comprehensive and profound, yet very specific and practical leadership of the leader of our Party, thereby expressing the thoughts, viewpoints and important orientations in the strategic and comprehensive leadership and direction of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, in order to deploy and organize the implementation of the political tasks of the country in general, as well as of the fields, regions and localities in particular.
The General Secretary's instructions at the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th Central Conferences and the 13th Mid-Term Central Conference; the General Secretary's instructions for the 6 economic regions; for the fields, forces, and each industry, demonstrate the determination to arouse the aspiration for development, promote the strength of great solidarity of the people of the whole country to develop the economy and society rapidly and sustainably, ensure security, order, and social safety, continuously improve all aspects of life for the people, and firmly protect the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
The book also demonstrates the solidarity, unanimity and high determination of the entire Party, people and army, of all sectors, fields and localities towards the leadership of the Party and the General Secretary, thus creating widespread influence and response, gaining the people's sympathy and support.
To bring the precious book of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to readers as widely and conveniently as possible, the National Political Publishing House Truth has simultaneously launched the electronic version of the book, serving readers for free on the Publishing House's STBook App.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, emphasized that the book "The whole country is united, seizing every opportunity, overcoming all difficulties and challenges, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress " by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has a particularly great significance.
It is a handbook with strategic orientations, practical and in-depth instructions, and important suggestions for all levels, sectors, localities, forces, agencies, units, organizations, and each Party Committee, cadre, Party member, and people to thoroughly grasp, raise awareness, and be determined to act with a proactive, creative spirit, daring to think and dare to do, and for the whole country to join hands to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, creating a new position and strength for the country's rapid and sustainable development.
To widely disseminate the content of the Book to a large number of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang suggested doing well the following contents:
Firstly , right after the Book Launch Ceremony today, the Central Propaganda Department will preside over and coordinate with the National Political Publishing House Truth and press agencies, using many rich, practical and appropriate forms to focus on propagating and introducing the content of the Book to a large number of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people of all walks of life, helping readers better understand the value of this Book in the process of continuing to promote the successful implementation of the Resolution of the XIII Congress in the remaining half of the term, as well as throughout the process of preparing documents for the XIV Congress of the Party and Congresses at all levels in the coming term.
Second , Party committees and organizations at all levels should promptly organize for cadres and party members to read, study, learn, and thoroughly grasp the content of the Book; incorporate it into the content of party cell activities; link it to the work of their localities and units, develop programs and projects, especially specific solutions in implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.
Third , Party committees, party organizations at all levels, sectors and localities need to properly apply the spirit of the book, in accordance with the requirements of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and other Resolutions of the Central Conferences of the 13th National Congress term.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, said that with its profound and comprehensive theoretical and practical values, the book by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong continues to make an important contribution to the process of perfecting the theoretical system on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam today; on the work of building and rectifying the Party and a truly clean and strong political system; on promoting the strength of the entire nation in building and defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam; and on the determination to build our country to be more and more dignified and beautiful, as beloved Uncle Ho always expected.
The Head of the Central Propaganda Department also suggested that it is necessary to soon introduce the book's content into the activities of each Party cell, helping cadres, Party members and people to have a deeper understanding of the important thoughts, viewpoints and orientations in the leadership and direction of the Party, headed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in all fields, economic regions and localities.

Media and press agencies proactively promote the book's content in both traditional paper versions and electronic versions in a variety of forms, contributing to quickly spreading the book's core values and content to the masses; organize the compilation of documents to thoroughly understand and study the book's content in the training programs of the political school system from the central to local levels; organize scientific seminars on the book's topics and content; and other creative and effective forms suitable to the actual situation of localities, agencies and units.
Through the book introduction ceremony, along with the implementation of propaganda and book introduction, departments, ministries, branches, agencies and units in the entire Party and the entire political system will continue to promote in the coming time;
The core content, meaning and profound value of the book will certainly be spread, contributing significantly to creating new confidence, new spirit, new motivation, and being a great encouragement and motivation for our entire Party, people and army to continue to unite and strive with greater determination and effort, seize every opportunity and advantage, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and be determined to successfully complete the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
