Signing of the Regulation on coordination of work between the Party Committee of Vietnam National Shipping Lines and the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City's business sector and the Party Committee of Binh Dinh province's business and agency sectors

On November 15, at the headquarters of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, the Signing Ceremony of the Coordination Regulations between the Party Committee of Vietnam National Shipping Lines and the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Business Bloc and the Party Committee of Binh Dinh Province Business Bloc and Agencies took place.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Bloc, there were comrade Ngo Thanh Tuan - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc and members of the delegation; On the side of the Party Committee of the Business Bloc and agencies of Binh Dinh province, there were comrade Vo Thi Thu Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc and comrades in the Standing Committee, leaders of the Committees in the Bloc Party Committee. On the side of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, there were comrade Le Anh Son - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors; comrade Nguyen Canh Tinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director; comrade Doan Thi Thu Huong - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. With comrades: Members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, members of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Directors, Deputy Heads of the Party Building Committees, Heads of professional departments and leaders of the Party Committee of Saigon Port, Quy Nhon Port Party Committee and the Party Committee of Vietnam Shipping and Chartering Joint Stock Company, Party Committee of Vietnam Maritime Agency Joint Stock Company. The coordination regulations are designed to ensure the Party's unified leadership in political, economic and social tasks. The coordination content includes four main areas: production and business leadership; personnel work; Party building; and socio-political organization building. The parties will closely coordinate in announcing plans, directing and supervising activities related to production and business, appointing personnel, as well as training cadres and Party members.

Periodically, the units will exchange information and report on the situation to support Party building work at the grassroots level. In addition, the Party Committee of the Bloc will guide member units to participate in local political and social movements and activities, especially in emergency situations or natural disasters. This regulation emphasizes the importance of cohesion between Party committees at all levels, ensuring effective coordination to contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises and localities.

The signing of the Coordination Regulations will create an important basis for the units to coordinate more comprehensively and closely in related aspects of work. In addition, the signing of the Coordination Regulations also creates an important legal basis for the implementation of the tasks of the units according to Decision No. 61-QD/TW dated March 8, 2022 of the Secretariat on promulgating the regulations on coordination of work between the Party Committees of economic groups, corporations, state-owned commercial banks and local Party Committees.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Comrade Le Anh Son, Member of the Executive Committee of the Central Enterprises Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation emphasized the importance of the relationship between enterprises and localities. He affirmed that the success of enterprises cannot be separated from close coordination with local Party committees. Through the signing of this Coordination Regulation, Comrade Le Anh Son expressed his hope that the parties will work together and coordinate closely to achieve the highest efficiency, contributing to the common development and completing assigned tasks well. At the same time, he also requested member enterprises to actively participate in local activities, contribute to socio-economic development and ensure national defense and security where the enterprise is headquartered.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Vo Thi Thu Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Enterprise and Agency Bloc of Binh Dinh Province, affirmed that although Quy Nhon Port has been transferred to VIMC, the close relationship between enterprises and the locality has always been maintained. She highly appreciated the attention and support of the leaders of VIMC and the Party Committee of Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company for the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprise Bloc. She believes that the signing of this Coordination Regulation will further strengthen the cooperative relationship, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of Binh Dinh Province.

Before the signing ceremony, the delegation of provinces, cities and the Party Committee of Vietnam National Shipping Lines offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the K9 Relic Site (Da Chong, Ba Vi, Hanoi).
